It shall be unlawful for any person after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic liquor to sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to another person under the age of 21 years, except in the performance of a religious ceremony or service or to one who is in the immediate presence of his or her parent or legal guardian or in a private home with the approval of his or her parent or legal guardian.
