(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any licensee violating any provisions of § 111.42 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during, or on which a violation occurs or continues.
