It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to receive, accept, possess or consume alcoholic liquor or beer or wine in the city unless he or she is in the immediate presence of his or her parents or legal guardian or in a private home with the approval of his or her parent or legal guardian. However, this provision does not apply to possession by a person under 21 years of age making a delivery of alcoholic beverage pursuant to an order of his or her parent or in pursuance of his or her employment.
