§ 111.45 MISREPRESENTATION OF PERSON’S AGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to misrepresent his or her age or to present to or offer to any persons to whom a retail liquor dealer’s license has been issued by the city, his or her agent or employee, any written, printed or photostatic evidence of age and identity which is false, fraudulent or not actually his or her own for the purpose of ordering, purchasing, attempting to purchase or otherwise procuring or attempting to procure the serving of any alcoholic beverage.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and falsely represent to any person to whom a retail liquor dealer’s license has been issued by the city, that any person under the age of 21 years is of full age for the purpose of inducing the licensee to sell or furnish alcoholic liquor to the person.
