It shall be unlawful for any person having a retail liquor license issued by the city to permit any minor, whether an employee or otherwise, to dispense alcoholic liquor, sell alcoholic liquor, packaged or otherwise, or to permit any minor to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor as an employee of any retail licensee or to permit any minor at any time to attend any bar and draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor on any licensed retail premises. For the purpose of this section, a
MINOR is any person under the age of 18 years.
