§ 91.084 USE OF OWNER-SURRENDERED OR IMPOUNDED ANIMAL FOR RESEARCH PROHIBITED.
   No animal surrendered by its owner or impounded under this chapter shall be utilized or disposed of for the purpose of research or experimentation by use of the animal.
