§ 91.056 POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOGS; RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS.
   A potentially dangerous dog while on the owner’s property shall, at all times, be kept indoors or in a secure and locked enclosure approved by the Animal Control Officer. A potentially dangerous dog shall be spayed or neutered at the owner’s expense.
