§ 91.022 VEHICLES CONTAINING ANIMALS, PARKING TIME LIMITED.
   No person shall permit any vehicle containing livestock or other animals to stand or park in any place within the city for a period of time longer than 30 minutes, except when necessary for the loading or unloading thereof.
