(A) The method for computation of rates and service charges established for user charges in this subchapter shall be made available to a user within ten days of receipt of a written inquiry for such.
(B) Any disagreement over the method used or in the computations thereof shall be remedied by the city’s Auditor within 30 days after the notification of a formal written appeal outlining any discrepancies.
