§ 52.016  TREATMENT OF POLLUTED WATERS REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to discharge to any natural outlet within the town, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the town, any sewage or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The town is authorized to prohibit dumping of wastes into the town’s sewer system which, in its discretion, are harmful to the operation of the sewage works, or to require methods effecting pretreatment of the wastes to reduce the characteristics of the waste satisfactory to the town.
   (C)   The town reserves the right to establish, by ordinance, more stringent standards or requirements on discharges to the town’s sewer system consistent with the purpose of this chapter.
