§ 52.002  DAMAGE, DESTRUCTION OF SEWAGE WORKS.
   No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the town sewage works.
