The regulations of the state’s Department of Natural Resources at 327 I.A.C. Art. 12 entitled “Final Rules Concerning the Regulation of Water Well Drilling”, and I.C. 25-39-1.5-5 et seq. entitled “Water Well Drilling Contractors”, as amended from time to time, and as promulgated by the state’s Department of Natural Resources, are hereby incorporated and adopted by reference. One copy of these regulations shall be on file with the county’s Health Department.
