§ 50.04  AGREEMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE.
   (A)   Any user may enter into a private agreement with any contractor for trash and rubbish removal service in addition to the service herein provided.
   (B)   However, the additional service shall be at the sole expense of the user and shall not relieve the user from the charge imposed hereunder.
