(A) Charges for service stated in § 50.02 shall be monthly charges per user at each pick-up location.
(B) In the event the following provisions of this section apply, the monthly charge to a user for service shall be computed as follows.
(1) For service rendered to the town, the town shall be subject to a monthly charge for each pick-up location.
(2) In the event a pick-up location provides service to more than one unit or to a combination of units, then billing shall be for a single user in the manner set out in § 50.02, except the monthly charge shall not be less than the multiple of the units times the monthly charge for each unit served by the pick-up location.
(3) A home occupation and the accompanying dwelling unit shall be charged as a single user.
