The Town Council will reserve the right to interpret the intent of this policy statement. In the event of conflicting terms, these policies supersede all prior employment policy resolutions and statements. The Town Council reserves the right to change, correct, modify or revoke these policies, at any time, with notice as required by law for formal action. Nothing contained in this policy statement creates a contract of employment or gives rise to any express or implied quarantee of employment. The town reserves the right to take appropriate action in any employment situation, depending on the circumstances.
