§ 35.37  EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.
   It is the policy of the town to afford equal employment opportunity to all employees and job applicants without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, religion, age, veteran status, marital status, disability or handicap, or any other factor prohibited by state or Federal law. The town will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship to the town. All aspects of personnel management including recruitment, selection, promotions and compensation will be administered in accordance with this policy.
