§ 35.36  EVALUATION.
   Employees will be evaluated on a quarterly basis. Police officers will be evaluated by the Marshal. Employees of the Clerk-Treasurer shall be evaluated by the Clerk-Treasurer, all other employees shall be evaluated by the Utilities Supervisor.
