§ 35.35 SUGGESTIONS OR GRIEVANCES.

Any employee having a suggestion or grievance shall channel the matter through the Utilities Supervisor, Clerk-Treasurer or Marshal for consideration and investigation. If an agreement cannot be reached, it may be brought before the Town Council for it's determination.
