§ 35.34  NEW EMPLOYEES.
    (A)   The Utilities Supervisor, Clerk-Treasurer or Marshal will interview all new employees.
   (B)   All new full time employees must pass a physical exam as specified and paid for by the town and shall be considered to be a probationary employee for six months. The Town Council will evaluate the employee's performance  at that time and will consult with the Utilities Supervisor, Clerk-Treasurer or Marshal to determine if the employee will be retained or dismissed. All part-time employees will follow the same hiring procedures as full-time employees with the exception of obtaining a physical exam.
   (C)   The town relies upon the accuracy of information contained in the employment application, as well as the accuracy of other data presented throughout the hiring process and employment. Any misrepresentations, falsifications, or material omissions in any of this information or data may result in the employer's exclusion of the individual from further consideration for employment or, if the person has been hired, termination of employment.
