(A) All town employees will be expected to conduct themselves with respect to the public in general as they represent the Town of South Whitley. No profane language or offensive talk or misconduct of any kind will be condoned.
(B) All employees shall to the best of their ability acquaint themselves and practice all safety rules and regulations relating to their fobs.
(C) All employees are expected to be alert to unusual disaster or weather conditions that may develop during off-duty time and check in for possible need of assistance to handle any emergency problems. Refusal to show up for emergency work when called and you are physically able to work may be grounds for disciplinary action.
