§ 35.31 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT FUND.

It is mandatory that all new employees participate in the Public Employees Retirement Fund (PERF) at the beginning of employment. The employee shall have the current mandated amount automatically deducted from their paycheck each week and the town shall likewise pay the mandated matching amount.
