§ 35.22  OVERTIME.
   (A)   Street and utilities.
      (1)   All employees will be subject to be called out at any time to assist in an emergency situation or perform work that cannot be done efficiently during regular hours. All employees will need to acquaint themselves with minimal duties of other departments in order that they be able to work a two-hour Saturday morning shift as needed (normally every four weeks).
      (2)   Employees will be paid an overtime premium equal to 1.5 times his/her hourly rate for all hours worked over eight hours per day, and all hours worked on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Employees required to be called out on Christmas Day will be paid at a rate of twice (two-times) his/her normal rate of pay.
      (3)   Call in pay will be actual time worked at the overtime rate, if applicable, or two hours whichever is greater. Necessity of overtime should be noted on the time cards with a complete explanation.
   (B)   Police. Police officers are paid for all hours worked at their base hourly rate of pay.
   (C)   Clerk-Treasurer. The Clerk-Treasurer is a salary exempt position. The Deputy Clerk-Treasurer will be paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for any hours worked beyond 40 hours per week.
   (D)   Part-time. Part-time employees are not eligible for overtime.
