(A) Any aggrieved person, firm, corporation, or any governmental officer, department, board, or bureau may appeal a decision of the Plan Commission before the Board of Zoning Appeals, as established and in conformance with the requirements of §§ 154.215 through 154.220, subject to the further requirements of this section.
(B) The Board of Zoning Appeals may grant variances from this chapter for any permitted form of signage where it is found that because of the limitations on character, size, or dimensions of a sign, or the regulations controlling the erection or installation of a sign, the applicant would be subject to undue hardship. Undue hardship is not considered the loss of possible advantage, economic loss or gain, or mere inconvenience to the applicant.
