§ 154.162  DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW DESIGN STANDARDS.
   The Plan Commission shall establish design standards which are to be utilized by the applicant when preparing a development plan and by the Plan Commission when reviewing a development plan. The design standards shall be a part of the rules of procedure.
