§ 34.99  PENALTY.
   Any person, partnership, association, firm, including the individual partners, members, officers, and directors thereof, violating any of the provisions of this chapter, the Emergency Management Plan adopted hereunder, or any local disaster emergency declarations or regulations promulgated thereunder shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine of $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both.
