§ 34.05  EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR.
   The Emergency Management Director shall be an employee of the town who is approved by the Town Council. The Director shall report directly to the Town Council and shall be responsible for the planning, administration, and operation of the local organization subject to the direction and control of the Town Council.
