(A) Non-conforming homes. Where, on or before the date of adoption of these ordinances, a manufactured or mobile home has been lawfully placed and maintained on a tract of land that would no longer be permissible under the provisions of this chapter, such home may be continued to be used, at that location, so long as it conforms to the other applicable requirements of this chapter.
(B) Replacement of non-conforming homes. If following the date of adoption of these ordinances, should a non-conforming manufactured or mobile home be removed, it shall only be replaced by a manufactured home conforming to the requirements of this chapter.
