§ 153.50  ENFORCEMENT; VIOLATIONS.
   The Plan Commission may institute a suit for injunction to restrain individuals or governmental units from violating the provisions of this chapter as enacted pursuant to Chapter 174 of the Acts of the state’s General Assembly. However, nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as to limit the rights of the town to otherwise enforce this chapter by invoking any legal, equitable, or special remedy provided by law.
