§ 153.34  BLOCKS.
   (A)   The width of blocks shall be sufficient to allow two tiers of lots, as described in § 153.23(A) and (B).
   (B)   Blocks shall not exceed 1,320 feet in length.
   (C)   In blocks over 750 feet in length, the Commission may require, at or near the middle of the block, a public walk connecting adjacent streets or other public areas. The walkway shall be at least ten feet in width and shall be intended for the use of pedestrians only.
