§ 151.03  BUILDING COMMISSIONER TO ENFORCE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Building Commissioner to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Building Commissioner shall also serve as Zoning Administrator as set forth in Chapter 150.
