§ 151.02 INTERPRETATION.

This chapter shall be construed as supplementary to all other pertinent laws and ordinances relating to the subject matter hereof, and shall not be construed to repeal or effect any ordinance now in effect, unless the provisions of any other ordinance are in conflict herewith or less stringent than the similar provisions of this chapter.
