All applications for development located in the Floodplain District which are not permitted by right under § 150.30 shall require the review and approval of Natural Resources prior to the issuance of a local permit. The Zoning Administrator shall forward these applications along with plans and specifications to Natural Resources for review and comment. All terms and conditions imposed by Natural Resources shall be incorporated into the issuance of any local permit.
