§ 130.02 POSTING SIGNS OR ADVERTISEMENTS ON UTILITY POLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation to post or place upon any utility poles owned by the municipal plant of the town any printed sign or advertising.
