§ 32.02  DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   (A)   There is created a development commission to be known as the Town Development Commission, which shall consist of and be under the control of a board of three members.
   (B)   The members of the Commission shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council as follows: one member so appointed shall be selected by the President; one shall be nominated by the County Council; and one shall be nominated by the Town Council.
   (C)   The Commissioners shall take office upon their appointment and their terms shall run the following number of years from April 1 following the original appointment: the Commissioner nominated by the Town Council shall be two years; the Commissioner nominated by the County Council, one year; and the Commissioner selected by the President shall be appointed to a three-year term.
   (D)   The Development Commission shall be governed by and comply with I.C. 36-7-12.
