§ 96.16  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   It shall be unlawful to consume, possess, store, or sell a fermented malt beverage, wine, or intoxicating liquor of any kind within any park, parkway, recreation facility, athletic field, or playground apparatus area.
