§ 95.02  SKATING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   A WHEELED RECREATION DEVICE is a board, skate, or other non-motorized personal mobility device with wheels used primarily for recreational purposes. The term includes, but is not limited to, skateboards, roller skates, and roller blades. However, the term does not include devices intended and being used to aid the mobility of infants, disabled, or elderly individuals.
   (B)   No person shall ride a wheeled recreation device upon a sidewalk within a business district.
   (C)   The Town Marshal is authorized to erect signs on any sidewalk or roadway prohibiting the riding of wheeled recreation devices thereon by any person, and when these signs are in place no person shall disobey the same.
