§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 93.02 and 93.03 shall be fined for each offense in any sum not more than $2,500. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
