§ 93.01  HEALTH NUISANCES PROHIBITED.
   It is hereby declared that the purpose of this chapter is to protect, preserve, and promote the physical and mental health and social well-being of the people; to prevent and control the incidence of communicable diseases; and to reduce environmental hazards to the health of the general public. Toward that end, it shall be unlawful and shall be a nuisance for any person to erect, construct, cause, permit, keep, or maintain anything whatsoever which is injurious to health or an obstruction to the free use of property. Any person maintaining any nuisance as set forth in this section is declared to be the author and maintainor of a nuisance.
