§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 91.01 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500.
   (C)   Any owner of a dog or dogs refusing upon the request of any citizen to restrain any dog or dogs from running at large, as provided in § 91.02, shall be guilty of a punishable violation and shall be fined for the first violation in the sum of $5. For any second or subsequent violation of § 91.02, the fine shall be in the sum of $10.
   (D)   Any person refusing a request of the Town Marshal to abate a violation of § 91.03 shall be fined for the first violation in the sum of $5. For any subsequent violation, a fine of $10 for each day the violation continues shall be assessed.
