§ 91.04  LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   Keeping livestock is prohibited, except as temporarily incidental to a lawfully established animal processing operation.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      LIVESTOCK.  Any cattle, sheep, goats, poultry, swine, rabbits, equine, or other animals generally used for food or in the production of food; fish used for food; or domesticated game.
