§ 90.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a punishable offense and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $2,500. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder.
