§ 90.05  ABANDONED VEHICLE REMOVAL WAIVER.
   The owner of any abandoned or junk vehicle may, in lieu of the above provisions, voluntarily provide for the removal and disposal of the vehicle by executing an abandoned vehicle removal waiver with the Town Council.
