(A) There is hereby established an “Abandoned Vehicle Account” pursuant to I.C. 9-22-1-30. Charges incurred by the town for the removal and storage of vehicles shall be paid from this fund.
(B) The Town Council is authorized to seek costs pursuant to I.C. 9-22-1-8 not to exceed $1,000 per vehicle. Such funds shall be deposited into the Abandoned Vehicle Account.
