§ 77.06 ENFORCEMENT.

Law enforcement officers of the town or the Indiana State Police, displaying his or her badge of office, have the authority to enforce the provisions of these golf cart and off-road vehicle regulations within the town and may issue citations for any violations of the provisions of same.
