(A) Pedestrians are hereby prohibited from crossing any roadway designated in division (B) below, except in a marked crosswalk or at a designated intersection.
(B) (1) State St. running north from Eel River up to and including the intersection of First St.
(2) Wayne St. running east from State St. up to and including the intersection of Main St.
(3) Mulberry St. running east from State St. up to and including the intersection of Main St.
(4) Front St. running west from State St. up to and including the intersection of Calhoun St.
(5) Columbia St. running west from and including its intersection with Main St. up to and including its intersection with Calhoun St.
(6) Market St. running west from and including its intersection with Main St. up to and including its intersection with Calhoun St.
(7) Broad St. running west from and including its intersection with State St. up to and including its intersection with Calhoun St.
(8) Buffalo St. running west from and including its intersection with Main St. up to and including its intersection with State St.
(C) All provisions of I.C. 9-21-17, as in effect this date and amended in the future, are hereby incorporated by reference.
(D) A person who violates any provision of this schedule shall be assessed a fine of not more than $50.
