§ 73.99 PENALTY.

Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $25 or, in the event of violation by a juvenile under 16 years of age, by impounding of the person’s bicycle for a period not to exceed 30 days, or by any combination thereof.
