§ 72.03  RESERVED PARKING.
   (A)   Parking shall be reserved for vehicles of the town or county or state law enforcement agencies at those locations indicated in Chapter 76, Schedule III. Any vehicle parked in any reserved parking area which is not a vehicle belonging to the town or a county or state enforcement agency shall be considered in violation of this section.
   (B)   Parking shall be reserved for vehicles displaying a license plate/decal issued pursuant to I.C. 9-18-22 and operated by or being used to transport at least one disabled person at those locations indicated in Chapter 76, Schedule III. Any vehicle parked in any reserved parking area which is not displaying a license plate/decal issued pursuant to I.C. 9-18-22 and operated by or being used to transport at least one disabled person shall be considered in violation of this section.
   (C)   As used in this section, DISABLED means either having a physical condition requiring the use of a wheelchair, artificial limb, crutch, cane, or walker, or having a physical disease making it difficult or impossible to walk more than 25 feet without shortness of breath or danger of impairment of health.
