§ 71.15  REQUIRED POSITION, METHOD OF TURNING AT INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   Vehicles turning into another street to the right shall turn the corner as near to the right-hand curb as possible.
   (B)   Vehicles turning into another street to the left shall circle around to the right of the center of the street intersection.
