§ 70.03 INTERFERENCE WITH TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any driver to run into or against, or for any person to remove, replace, or change the location of, or to mutilate, deface, or destroy any traffic regulation light, sign, post, or standard upon any street.
