(A) In accordance with the terms of the attached net metering tariff, the utility shall enter into an interconnection agreement with the eligible net metering customer, which incorporates technical interconnection requirements and does not conflict with this subchapter before the net metering facility may be interconnected with the utility’s system.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to connect or maintain the connection of a renewable generating facility to the utility’s system without first executing an interconnection agreement with the utility.
